How do I get started?

If you are experiencing any pain or have an injury it is important that you have an assessment by one of our physiotherapists. Not all Pilates options are suitable for certain injuries and conditions and your physiotherapist will advise you accordingly. Specific Pilates equipment programs are often suggested as they enable closer supervision and greater specificity to your rehabilitation.

If you are not suffering any pain and keen to try Pilates out, the easiest way is by attending our 5 week Beginners Course. If our times are not convenient you may either attend 4 individual sessions (30 mins) or attend 3 sessions with a friend or family member (60 mins). Once one of these 3 options is completed, you are then eligible to attend any of our other Pilates Mat classes, depending on your ability level.
