Make sure that you know these important facts when considering Physiotherapy Pilates Proactive

  • A doctor’s referral is not required to see a physiotherapist.
  • Clients with work or car accident-related conditions should be issued with a claim number and case manager from WorkCover or the Motor Vehicle Accident Commission prior to seeing a physiotherapist.
  • Medicare does not cover you for physiotherapy services – private health fund Physiotherapy extras will cover a portion of physiotherapy and Pilates visits.
  • We offer HICAPS (an instant health insurance rebate facility) at both Stirling and Parkside – only the gap is payable on the day. We accept major credit cards, cheque and cash.
  • We offer some out-of-business-hours appointment times on weekday evenings and Saturday mornings – please book ahead as they fill quickly.
  • All our physiotherapists are fully-qualified University of SA, Melbourne University or UK trained graduates and are members of the Australian Physiotherapy Association.
  • Classes can be booked at our Studios at Stirling, Parkside or Littlehampton, and prepaid classes are valid at all locations.
