Our facilities
Physiotherapy Pilates Proactive has branches in Stirling, Parkside and Littlehampton. All have physiotherapy treatment rooms and a large carpeted area for Mat classes. In addition, Stirling and Parkside have fully-equipped Pilates studios. Our Stirling practice is located in Stirling Arcade on Mount Barker Road, our Parkside practice is on the corner of Glen Osmond and Kenilworth Roads, next to Parkside Primary School and our Littlehampton practice is located in The Village Shopping Centre, next to the Shell service Station on the Main Road of Littlehampton.
Treatment rooms are available for hands-on physiotherapy and remedial massage. The Pilates equipment studios are fully equipped with the Reformer, Trapeze Table, Multi-chair, Torso Barrel and Ladder Barrel. Mats are provided for our classes as well as Props such as the Exercise Ball, Magic Circle, Foam Roller, Theraband, Chiball, Franklin Ball, Soffy Ball and free weights.
Changing facilities and toilets are available on site.
